Start returning stuff and getting a Starbucks drink without getting out of the car this fall. The store is updating its popular curbside pickup service Drive Up.
Fresh and frozen foods, as well as alcohol, have been added to the service.
A Starbucks coffee and a return without leaving the car will be available at some Target shops later this year.
These services will be available in select stores starting in the autumn, the company said Wednesday. It refused to name stores or provide a timeline.
Many Target big-box stores have Starbucks cafes.
Target will start with staff and then serve consumers, a spokesman said. She stated the corporation will roll out the services nationwide.
In the face of the Covid pandemic, people seek for quick, safe ways to shop. Customers can pick up online purchases at Target stores or have them delivered by Target’s own Shipt service. Same-day online services climbed approximately 60% in the third quarter, following a 200% increase in the prior quarter.
Target will disclose Q4 profits on Tuesday.
