EMQ, a Hong Kong-based payments network, has expanded its real-time payment capabilities to Pakistan as part of a drive to expand its payment capabilities throughout South Asia.
Thanks to the company’s real-time payments network, the company’s new service offering to Pakistan is now available in all of the company’s international markets. Customers may support families and communities in Pakistan by integrating a single EMQ Connect API integration that allows them to seamlessly send money with real-time payouts to mobile wallets, bank accounts, and cash pick-up locations.
The latest move follows a number of growth activities to enhance EMQ’s network infrastructure and product portfolio, which were announced earlier this year. With the addition of Pakistan, EMQ’s real-time payments capabilities now extend across Europe (Sepa Zone), Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Nepal, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and 19 African markets, with plans to expand into the United States, Canada, and Latin America in the near future. EMQ is also expanding into the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The company is currently licensed in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia, and it is registered as a Money Service Business in Canada, among other countries.
